The Parent's Day Out (PDO) runs fall, spring, and summer programs.  We are currently reserving space for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.  The PDO fall, spring, and summer programs are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:45 am until 2:15 pm.

If you are interested in enrolling your child as a new student for the upcoming summer and/or fall terms, please read the PDO Parent Handbook and complete the PDO Enrollment Packet.  You may submit the Enrollment Packet by emailing it to or by mailing hard copies to LCBC PDO, 200 Longbranch Rd., Midlothian, TX 76065.

If your child is a new student, or if he/she is a current student planning to return for the summer and/or fall terms, please complete the form below.

Part-time teaching opportunities may be available.  If you are interested in a part-time opportunity to work with children, please come by our PDO office on Tuesday or Thursday, or contact the church office for an employment application.

Parent's day out leadership

    Barbara Hebert has been involved in Parent's Day Out since starting as a teacher since 2011.  In 2015, she became the Assistant Director, and in 2016 she became the Director.  Barbara received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Sociology at Dallas Baptist University in 2008.  She has worked with children for fifteen years and in Preschool and Children's Ministry for ten years.  Barbara and her husband Luke have six children.

    Karen Winant is the Assistant Director of our PDO team.  Karen is a devoted mother of three children and two step children.  Karen has been working in children's ministry for ten years.  Karen has had the important and demanding role of being a stay-at-home mom for ten years, and she has dedicated her life to raising children in a Christ-centered environment.  Prior to being a stay-at-home mom, Karen worked at GuideStone Financial Resources for nine years, many of those years in the Information Technology field.  Karen received a Bachelor of Science degree from Dallas Baptist University in 2001.
